Horrible customer service , filthy ( don’t get fooled by the pictures ). The woman doing my feet didn't wear gloves and being that I am in the healthcare field I know the importance of hygiene and cross contamination. THE FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS THAT SHE HAD A CUT ON HER LEFT THUMB..... she wore no bandaid , gloves or anything to protect me the client . And the worst part was that while she was using the cuticle pusher/ nail cleaner she thought I was on my phone but I was observing her she dug into her cut with the nail tool and then proceeded to clean my nails WITH THE SAME TOOL SHE DUG INTO HER CUT WITH!!!!! . I was so shocked !!!! I literally wanted to cry and I was so disgusted .

Then when we moved on to do my manicure the lady next to her put another clients USED instruments / nail tools and told the lady that was doing my nails that those were her instruments for me . And I thought to myself " is this a joke ?!" Clearly my kit was at the pedicure station where I was and I was looking at them from a distance , the lady that was doing my nails noticed I caught on to that and went to get my kit .

While I was getting my manicure , the lady cut me multiple times and kept cutting the side of my nails ! It wasn't my request to do that , like leave my nail alone it's my natural nail and it is how it grows she did the same thing with my toes . While she did that on my hands it hurt me really bad .

Overall, the job was messy and rushed, I got cut multiple times, staff is unprofessional. They seemed to all want to go home . They did a half a** job with most of the people there and they were complaining the entire time ! I don't think I knew I was Hispanic as well. The girl seated next to the lady that did my nails really told her" I don't have time to offer hot towels at this time" wow so much for great customer service . Save your time . Those 4 or 5 star ratings doesn’t reciprocate...

I haven’t been here since July and I don’t miss it. One of the techs there loves cutting toe nails at a slanted angle, when I ask her to cut it down she does a tiny millimeter instead of a noticeable difference… the pedicure process is so messy because they have to balance their uv lights on the edge of the pedi sink or something else instead of having it on a stand like other places. The seats for pedicures are regular chairs instead of spa pedicure chairs that massage you. I have to sit at the edge of it for the nail tech to reach my foot. Oh oh what also annoys me about several techs there is that when they’re scrubbing your feet during a pedicure they do it extremely lightly and half assed it really feels like no effort is put in. One tech that I do like there is Flor. Sorry for this review but I had to get this off my chest I’ve been going there for almost a year and have left angry so many times. Just kept trying to give another chance because the place is clean the employees are overall nice and respectful and they have a good selection of nail colors + it’s the closest spot to my house. I have been on the hunt for months for a nail salon that will treat my nails with care. I think I’ve finally found THE ONE! After reading the reviews and looking at their website, today I decided to give House of Nails By Natty a try.

I used to get SNS dipping powder, but the nail technician I used to go to thinned our my nails and destroyed them. I went half of the summer with bare nails and focused on strengthening them. At House of Nails by Natty, I tried their Bio SeaWeed Gel manicure and the process and results were amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Rosa, a nail technician who filed my nails at a minimum (which I prefer because my nails were damaged due to over filing), and I loved that LED light is used to set the nail polish. The ladies are humble, attentive, and truly cater to your concerns and needs. Rosa did not make me feel rushed and did not rush my nails, making my experience feel relaxing. Also, Rosa gives bomb massages - I did not realize how tense I was until she worked my shoulders and neck! I highly recommend and will most certainly...
