Less than 1 star honestly... Do not buy here, because price discrimination exists here. They see that you are white and they raise their prices. Or even if you aren't white I have also seen while waiting in line that they would charge people more just because they seemed dressed nice, or even in a rush to get the ferry. I have purchased many times here because I needed to, but this is really unfair. I purchased mints here 3 times in one week, they sold it for $3, and he was the same race as me. And then, on another day, the associate selling, of different race than me, sold it to me for a higher price. That is racist and unfair business practices. Even when you ask for your receipt they hesitate and once they do give it they put it down as if you purchased a pretzel. They can charge you for anything that they like, all they do is they put down the amount and they tell you to swipe. And at the end the receipt says that you purchased a pretzel, instead of chips or chocolate bar.
Here they have unfair pricing and they discriminate by raising the price according to the type of race that you are. I am very unhappy with their...
Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite establishments on Staten island to eat at. You used to, as not to far ago as a year, be able to get a beautiful, wonderful smelling soft pretzel, freshly baked/cooked, for $1.75 and that was WITH a container filled with delicious, hot nacho cheese. Unfortunately. I think they sold ownership, or at least decided to do a renovation, and hired new employees, and things have not been the same there sense. J don't know if they changed the recipes or ingredients or the way they make the pretzels or possibly cook them, but the pretzels haven't been the same sense, they all come out extra hard now, most of them are burnt, and it seems like there is no accountability like the employees just flat out, do not care at all. They take no pride In their product or service. They only get one star as homage to the...

The large, soft pretzel I enjoyed cost $1.25 and tasted much better than the hard pretzels I'm used to seeing in Kentucky. I recommend persons in the area...
