Shake Shack Empire Outlets - Staten Island Ferry — Restaurant in New York

Before me actually going to this establishment to try it out and give it a test run, upon seeing it with my partner, she informed me that it is/was one of the better burger establishments she has ever had the pleasure to attend, shop, purchase, eat, and dine at. After weeks of our schedules not lining up we found ourselves with some free time tonight to come give it a try. We're here now, and have been here for about an hour which is certainly a plus that it's a friendly environment to the point we are here for that long enjoying each others company and the great food we ordered. She went nostalgia driven with her choice of food and got what she had gotten when she tried shake shack once in the past and got a 'Shroom Burger, which is totally Vegetarian with no meat. I think that is amazing for a burger joint to have some consideration to our vegan and vegetarian brotheren out here. I got just a regular ShackBurger with raw onions and we got an order of Crinkle Cut Cheese Fries. Burgers were better then any fast food joint on Staten Island, no doubt beating the snot out of competition like Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, etc. On top of our initial order we both order Shakes, of coarse. We ask what the specialties of the day were and she wound up ordering a Frozen Hot Chocolate shake, were I wanted to try something new in concept for me and I ordered the Cookie Butter Shake. This is really what put Shake Shack an easy 5 star rating in my opinion and in my book, these shakes, both of them (bc we shared them both) were absolutely fantastic and very much worth the $5.79 each that they cost. The Cookie Butter is quite possibly, easily actually, the best milkshake I've ever had in my life, straight up destorying competition Baskin n Robins. I go to shake and shack at the empire outlet a lot but this time wasn’t a good experience I decided to ordered my food in and when I got my food I noticed clear liquid on the side of my tray not near the food but I wasn’t really that concern but still thought why that’s on my tray .I wasn’t going to investigate it .when I left out I noticed the end of my sleeve was wet and it had a fragrance smell to it and I was really concerned where that came from .I believe it came from the tray because I didn’t put nothing on my hands when I was about to leave out I was touching on the tray taking the stuff off of it an when I left out I noticed the end of my sleeve was wet I feel bad because I wish I didn’t ignore it because I’m pregnant and for my safety if I didn’t I would have went off and ask for my money back .I went back to see if the tray was still there but wasn’t and I feel like it wasn’t no point talking to the manager because the tray was gone and the cashier didn’t give me my receipt People when you eating out and noticed something wired don’t ignore it just for your safety I wish I said something because I’m the type of person I don’t like to complain about things and ignore stuff. The employee Casper is very intune and very pleasant.. We love going there more simply cause the ambience is overall 🙌🏻 welcome cause he give the entire space that for you once you enter the franchise and during you time there ..He keep checking in with all the customer and their needs n sanity was on point from the moment I and my family step in and etc...I was actually thinking that this establishment should look into giving him the manager position as he does fit in well with all in entails... Customers would see him as fit for the position as we all already seem to already consider the manager already..As many moment when the person in charge of the shift rarely make themselves present when asked for their help. We the customers are always welcome by Casper to get the issue resolved and messages been deliver back n forth through him to delivered as his the third party to get the word pass through... I and many of your supporting customer that are regulars at this franchise really want to give Casper he's Kudos.. We are in Awwwwwe of his mannerisms daily that keep us all in a good space entering and leaving...He talk about the establishment with high regards and the kind aura is a delight you come across-the-board... You literally Won't lose with a employee like him on your team... Campers...
