The food is very good. The service is good. I rate SAKURA SUSHI & GRILL BUFFET a 1-star because they all people to eat over the food that is on the food line.
You do not go to a food line and put food on your plate and then use your fingers to eat some of that food that's on your plate instead of going to your table you go to put additional food on your plate. Now you're greasing up the utensils and your cross contaminating those additional utensils.
THIS IS NASTY. THIS IS UNSANITARY. THIS IS HOW CROSS CONTAMINATION OCCURS.
When the management is informed about a customer putting food on their plate and then eating some of that food over the rest of the food at the buffet and then adding more food to their plate and eating that food over the buffet food line this is incredibly sad and unprofessional to do nothing about it.
THIS IS NASTY. THIS IS UNSANITARY. THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE MEANS ON HOW CROSS-CONTAMINATION HAPPENS.

Read moreI recently visited this restaurant with my kids. The food was okay — some of the fish and chicken dishes were great, but I didn’t enjoy the other items as much. What really stood out to me, though, was the service experience. While the staff wasn’t rude, I couldn’t help but notice that they came by our table several times to drop off the check — three different times between 1:00 and 2:30 p.m. — even though I didn’t see them doing that with any other guests. It made us feel like we were being rushed to leave. I only brought my kids there to have a nice meal and talk about their future goals, but instead, I felt uncomfortable. We were the only Black family there, and the repeated attempts to give us the check made it hard to feel welcome. We weren’t being loud — I reminded my kids throughout the meal to keep their voices down — and we even made sure to gather our plates before leaving as a courtesy. The food had its highlights, but the experience left me feeling disappointed...
Read moreThe buffet was really basic and might of even been one of the worst I been to. It just opened so me and my family had big expectations. The food advertised was not accurate, and food was very salty. Sushi was very bad and poorly wrapped, but did have variety. The seafood section was a big disappointment as when we first went in there was no lobster, and no crab legs. The crab legs came out about 20 minutes into our dining experience in the seafood boil, but was still very salty. The lobster was very greasy as they made a stir fry type lobster dish. The lobster had big shells but very little meat, and the workers just didn’t refill it. Dessert section was very bad too with only ice cream/ice pop, and 3 other pastries. Overall, would not recommend to people for the price as it was very expensive for the quality of food we got. The waiter Coco kept giving us glares and side eyes which led for me to get uncomfortable, but Anna was very nice and she gave us...
