It's All A Gift — Local services in New York

If I could give a zero review, I would! I pierced my daughters ears here. They used a thin earring, that kept on falling off… One day it fell off and I was not able to find that earring. I tried putting another earring in and the hall was so thin that only the tip of the earring would go through, but after it would reach the thicker part of the earring it would get stuck. My baby was struggling with this earring for about 2 months - constantly falling off… Then I decided to just let it close and pierce her ears again by someone else. I came in to the store about 3 months after purchase and they said that they can’t do anything, would not offer even a partial refund or anything like that. They told me that they can pierce the ears again with a thin earring, because they don’t have a thick one! I have an older daughter, who has thicker earrings ans for 3 years it only fell off once! The back is glued to the earring! I came into the store to try to work something out and their answer was that it’s too bad - it’s their service and everyone is...

Boy am I frustrated with this place! I have received a gift from here and didn't like it. It was during holiday season so we didn't have time to go exchange it. I came to them with it 2 weeks after I have gotten it and they said they have a 7 day window to return! WHO HAS ONLY 7 DAYS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE when people come to this store mainly to gift! I mean what kind of policy is that! people don't even get the gift sometimes within 7 days! they would not exchange it or do anything for me. Now I am stuck with an item I don't want or like. I really hope the owners would see through this.... The gift was unused and kept in the exact package as received. THIS IS HORRIBLE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this place! There are many more stores like this one who do NOT HAVE SUCH A CRAZY POLICY! It really bothers me that I now have to re-gift or discard of the gift I have got. I would leave a negative star...

very very VERY bad experience, they all liers, before you buying something they so special so kind, so professional, they promising everything- "diamonds from the mountains"... we here, we will help, you have guarantee, this is so special gift... and bla bla bla, BUT if something happens after purchase they looking at you like you felt from the tree, behavior so disgusting and unrespecful, help suddenly not help, guarantee this is not them, if you want to sent to fix something to the company to fix so store charges money "because they loosing time"... aha, next customer gonna leave the store without their lies... so sad that I need to say that... shame on you the staff and the director... this is NOT parnasa bekavod, I'm not gonna recommend nobody buy...
