The best hair salon I have ever been to in my life! They respected the fact that I am natural (3c/4a curls). They took care to treat my hair carefully and they didnt apply more heat than necessary. The end result was beyond what I imagined! They offered me deep conditioning during the wash and were not pushy about it. They were sure to mention prices when they offered extra services and were honest throughout the entire service. I noticed they respected people's mood by engaging clients who wanted to chat or quietly styling those who weren't up for a chat.

My stylist was amazing. Her name is Maria and she was so professional and sweet. She styled my hair for my wedding anniversary and I couldnt be happier with her service. The stylist next to me was styling another naturalists next to me who wanted a wash and go. Finally, a dominican salon that respects and styles naturalistas! The best part about walking into this salon was seeing the natural hair of the stylists. Most of them wore their hair natural and that made me feel better about trusting them with my natural hair. I rated a 2 because I now have a bald spot and shedded edges. My hair was straighten from curly to straight. But I shouldn't have a painful scalp, bald spot, and sheedding edges.They switched stylist without any words, that's probably why they switched. Before and after pics...you decide. They are bilingual at this location. My scalp was burning when they were washing my head. I told the lady who shampooed me and she acted confused. I should have known better because the entire place was smoky when I entered but it was crowded, so I thought it was good. Plus my daughter recommended them. I just moved to this neighborhood and this hair salon experience was just amazing the minute I stepped in. The staff were friendly, the owner herself is amazing. The salon itself is beautiful!
