jack and gretchen were so friendly and accommodating. loved everything about their space and their set up. from their workstation corner, to their plants, furniture, music, lighting, and lady. the welding process went by too quick. i really wanted to spend more time there, that’s how comfortable they made my husband and i feel and try everything they had, that’s how much i loved all of their pieces. gretchen was able to get a really good idea of what kind of jewelry would look and do best for each of us based on our style, existing jewelry, if any, and also taking into consideration how we would wear the jewelry day to day.

because they were so down to earth and accommodating my husband and i got 3 special infinity bracelets AND our wedding bands through jack and g. we appreciate and love supporting small intimate businesses. you can’t really put a price on things that aren’t mass produced, bringing you a step closer to that one of a kind piece, and a special personal shopping experience. we look forward to going back for more pieces with this...

I am disappointed in my experience with this jewelry studio. After inquiring about a specific gold wire anklet via email, I was told they could absolutely accommodate it and gave me pricing with a photo price list for accurate cost. After confirming through five email threads, one of which was the day of...I arrive from Harlem to Bushwick during COVID to be told they “can’t do that” and they confusedly apologized for their mix up after looking through my emails. Even though I was incredibly irritated by that, I still purchased an anklet from this studio. A nice gesture of customer service would be to offer a discount for their dropped ball. That did not happen. I paid full price.

Jack & G are true artists! These Brooklyn talents designed a custom wedding band to go with my antique engagement ring and it turned out absolutely stunning. The piece was challenging because they needed to mix old with new and set a wide variety of diamond cuts. They are very talented in translating a vision to reality and making a bride feel she has a completely unique and special work of art on her finger. Their combination of creative, technical and executional skill is hard to rival. My custom wedding ring is something I will treasure for a lifetime.
