When the girl asked for my address, I told her multiple times it's not the delivery address. She insisted on entering it, even after my repeated explanations. Despite confirming the correct delivery address on the screen, she disregarded it. Now, I can't get a refund, JD Sports headquarters isn't answering phones, and they won't cancel or change the delivery address.
