Good Evening. Today February 9th at 5:25pm I visited a location 1014 Southern Blvd, The Bronx, NY 10459. As I entered the store I went to my left to look at phones, as I Proceeded to look at the phones A store representative asked did I need help an did I currently have AT&T I replied no thank you an yes AT&T is my current service. The representative said okay an told me if I needed help just let her know and I replied Thank you. I continued browsing the phones then the same representative ask me again do I need anything an I said No thank you. At this point it made me feel very uncomfortable but I was confused because I had my full federal government uniform on, I'm not Stealing anything or trying to commit a robbery so I was confused on why the not wanted here vibes. So as I'm in the store I realized my phone was inside my car which was parked right in front of the store. Once in my car I called my wife to ask her about a phone I seen but in the process of talking to my wife, I see the same representative who asked do I need her assistance talking with a security guard in a suit but I didn't pay it any attention but what was absolutely unacceptable an disappointing is how the security guard came outside the store looking at my License plate. As I Observe Him doing that I got out my car an Politely asked him was there any issue? The Security guard came off very Extremely defensive an disrespectful. The security guard got into his fighting stands against me, I'm asking him why is he so hostile and coming across violent he went far as opening his suit to show me his Gun which was absolutely unacceptable an...

No device help, no support, just a receipt with my phones still sealed. Ok... i come in for an exchange on my 14th day as the phone wasn't really working out for my lifestyle. Wanted to go back to iPhone. They refused to exchange my devices staying I was past my days (clearly he couldn't count...) and that they had none of the phones I wanted to exchange it too. I had called 15 minutes prior and they assured me they had a least. 3 iPhone X's in stock.. This is terrible customer service. They didn't help me, when I called 611, they were rude to the rep. Never, ever again will I bring my business...

Found out to my disappointed they thought they had one a stock and I wasted my precious time setting things up, asking questions and saying Yes to move in. IF YOUR GONNA SELL A PRODUCT TO SOMONE MAKE SURE AS THE SELLER YOU 100% HAVE THE PRODUCT. DON'T THINK AND SAY YOU MAY HAVE IT, THAT DOESN'T WORK.
