Save yourself the time and money!!! I went in there really excited to have my nails done with the glitz and glam that I’ve been dying to have done. After waiting over 3 hours and soaking my nails (because my real nails were long and wrapped! No tips) I sat down at the table for the nail tech to tell me he couldn’t do the design I requested because it was already so late and he had somewhere to go. He rushed through the process of doing my nails and he cut my nails completely off without telling me he was going to do so and that was the first draw. When the final product was done it wasn’t exactly what I requested but I was pleased with it at the moment. I was charged over $120 for the design and I even tipped him a very generous amount for his time although I was displeased with his cutting my nails off. Within a few days a few of the diamonds and studs were already falling off and I came back and they replaced it however, after another few days the majority of the other diamonds and stones came off and one of my nails were completely lifting. I went back to the shop and I spoke to two of the managers and they refused to fix it saying that it “passed the two week that they are known for lasting” which it did not at that point and they also acknowledge remembering that I came in a few days prior to have nails fixed too. To be honest, if your nails only last 2 weeks that’s mediocre, you can go to a cheap salon and have your nails last you a minimum of 2 weeks and if the work is done properly longer than that! For the amount of money and time invested there I expect my nails to last much longer than a typical 2 weeks and I also expect when a stone is falling off within 2 weeks to have it replaced because that was the nail technicians job to secure those stones for the $100+ you’re charging. Now they offered me a measly $20 worth of stones with my NEXT filling but would not even repair the lifted nail for free at that point either. Customer service... terrible, it’s more like a club in there and their quality of work is disappointing and unsatisfactory. I would NOT recommend this nail salon AT ALL. Read moreWell let me start off by saying as a business establishment great “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is a must! And Le Beauty Nail & Spa truly lacks that! From walking in to uttering the very first word to the extremely rude and ghetto receptionist who made me seem as if I was interrupting her time. Not welcoming at all, very curt and short. Not informative or inviting. A 3 to 4 hour wait was what I was told and god forbid I asked another question. I was finally seated with Gigi who was just as rude and uninviting. She was rough, acted as if I just ruined her whole day and nasty as hell. Told me to grab the colors I needed. Sent me to wash my hands there was no soap or towels. She even scolded me saying I better not mess up my nail. Wasn’t social at all and had a very nasty attitude. The lady who did my pedicure at least had a cinch of customer service she was a bit social but as I sat there I noticed they use the same nasty towels for everyone, none of the utensils used are sanitized. They sit in cups being used on every single customer. The same thing with the nail techs. The place is messy and very unsanitary. At the end of my pedicure I asked to purchase a pair of slippers and they had none. There were used recycled slippers on a shelf, I told the lady I wanted a new pair. She said they didn’t have any and I told her I didn’t want a used pair of slippers. She proceeded to scrub the slippers in a sink telling me to use those that she was washing them. I caught the worst infection in my toe from her trying to remove an ingrown nail. It’s been over a week and it’s still swollen and infected. NEVER AGAIN! I think the health department needs to stroll into this establishment. By far one of the worst places I’ve ever experienced. I hate to see people fail and I truly hope the owner takes this a constructive criticism to try to put in effect some strict customer service policies and training. Read moreLISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! People say if a lot of people are saying the same thing there must be some truth to it and from personal experience it’s surely true about this poorly ran business. So from the beginning I’ll post screenshots of me making my appointment you’ll see how the energy shifted and the communication was gone. I went in for a pedicure from the recommendation of my sisters best friend so I decided to try the place made my appointment and gave my deposit and as shown in the messages it was clear it would go towards my service. When I got there the girl who greeted me was nice but things quickly changed when magaly started doing my feet she just had this nasty expression and just unwelcoming energy about her but it was my birthday and I wasn’t letting her ruin it. Fast forward to when she was done I knew someone else would be doing my big toes but once she was done she just walked off no professional communication on who was doing my feet and how long. So I patiently waited and waited for about 30 min finally my big toes began to get done (I get acrylic on those) the lady begins and I guess my feet wasn’t as relaxed and the lady was getting so angry and frustrated but I didn’t pay it no mind until at a point she pushed my foot done purposely to relax. I started to feel like my day was going downhill because I didn’t even love my feet. (The girl who greeted me left) So I go on to pay and she says $40 for the pedi and $10 for the 2 acrylic toes which sounds sounds right and honestly the deposit thing didn’t click to me at all because I didn’t do it on a website and im just use to that way honestly so when it clicked to me I reached out and because of my experience I declined the offer to use it for the next visit and I reached out 3 times and the communication died.
