Like the rest of he reviews the staff is severely undertrained and lack the customer service skills necessary to help customers. I entered an empty store and wait 6 silent minutes to be helped only for the first question I'm asked to be " are you going to order something ?" as is if came to to visit. Once I was helped the employee began a conversation with me and a doordasher preventing him for properly placing my order. After identifying his mistake the employee wanted more of time to rectify the error which is unacceptable . I will not be returning to this location or suggesting that any one else come . the ice cream was really good with generous toppings but the wait time is outrageous. one person even said they were waiting for 45 mins for ONE shake all because the four workers were all busy focusing on one lady. on top of that i asked for three toppings, chocolate chips, m&m’s and sprinkles. didn’t even get the chocolate chips and the worker put oreo even though i clearly said no oreo but how could she hear me when the god dam music is so loud? she then made a remark that she wouldn’t charge me for the oreos which just meant she uses the oreo as the free topping and charged me the rest. not the best workers but at least the ice...

This business started recently and I had zero idea about it. Recently went to Jamaica Ave and saw a random person having an ice cream from this store. So, wanted to try out!!

My server was Sajid bhaiya, very friendly and helpful! I got the "Chocolate Devotion" small size cup which is a blend of chocolate icecream, brownies and chocolate chips. The ice cream was delicious and the portion was huge for me, even though I got a small cup.

There are a bunch of other flavors to choose from, and they serve shakes and sell birthday cakes as well.

Service is super quick and I'll be visiting...
