I never really like coming into this pharmacy for one reason on of the employees is always looking at me ( the guy with the long hair in a ponytail) and making feel very uncomfortable. The only reason why i would go inside is because my mother sends all her prescription there. Today i went there to pick some stuff for my mother know mind you i live in the Bronx which takes a while to get into manhattan. I got to the pharmacy 5 mins before closing and they refuse to help because i had a card that would take longer. I explain to them the situation and they just didn't care now i would understand if it was right at closing time but it wasnt and the purchase was a quick. I was very disappoint. I've never had any issue with the service up until they changed pharmacist and location (3875 Broadway). So today I had a doctors visit. He prescribed cough medicine (electronically). When I went to JMC I had to wait 35 minutes ( it's usually the wait time). After the long wait I was told they didn't have cough medicine. I am extremely disappointed. How the hell a pharmacy doesn't have that type of treatment. I am definitely changing pharmacy.
