New First Choice — Restaurant in New York

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Awful customer service and subpar food! I’m a patient at the hospital around the block and I wanted a change from hospital food and had a craving for some Chinese. The Chinese food I get in NEW JERSEY, where I live, is on another level compared to this. Now let’s get to the awful customer service. When calling to place my order, I tried to explain to the woman on the phone, that I was a patient in the hospital so it would take me some time to get downstairs. She would not even let me FINISH my sentence before she cut me off saying “we’re very busy” and hung up the phone. I then get a VERY NASTY call back within 5 minutes that the delivery driver was there (idk how that quick if they were so “busy”) but he left because I wasn’t outside. As I’m getting screamed at over the phone “I told you to be outside cause we were very busy!” So I then said I either want my food or I would be calling my bank to have the money refunded to me. This has to be the worst Reasutrant in nyc first of all I just went in for a simple egg roll and a soup and received a true shock first the woman behind the counter didn’t even make an attempt to heat the egg roll it was wrapped in a paper wrapper sitting on the side of the fryer cold and that’s how she gave it to me second she pulls a prepared container of soup from the fridge pulls the top off and sticks in the microwave ( killing any nutrients from the vegetables) I get to my desk open the soup it’s cold then try the egg roll not only is it cold it’s hard it must have been cooked the day before I bought it I would not go back to this place if they where giving the...

In my first time ordering here, I ordered an order of fried rice and chicken wings and in getting to my house not only did they take more than 40 minutes to get there being less than 0.2 miles away but the chicken wings were refried and not fresh at all. I tried calling but was told “this is the way we cook and if you don’t like it that’s your problem” the second call was ignored! I’ve had all types of Chinese food throughout the city but none have tasted as bad as this place. First and last time ordering here!...
