I want to give a shout-out to Jordan and his team of climbing arborists! They were super knowledgeable, professional, and did fantastic clean up. We had city trees in desperate need of pruning but after many calls to 311, no luck. So Jordan secured a permit from the city to work on our street trees. They removed dead branches hanging over the street and sidewalk and trimmed the tips to clear our gutter. They also addressed problems with the trees' roots that we wouldn't have known about. Jordan came to the house to give us an opinion on a 50+ year old spruce that we were worried about after dropping some branches and seeming to show some strees where two major branches split from the trunk.

He was on time, polite, very knowledgable, explained his thinking and suggested that we do nothing. No extra trimming, pruning, etc. needed. In a time when so many professiobnals are somewhat self-serving in their suggestions, this was a welcome change.
