The Clean Wash - Laundry & Dry Cleaning Delivery — Local services in New York

I’ve used The Clean Wash laundry service a few times now and I have to say, I’m beyond impressed. My orders are always picked up and delivered on time and my clothes always come back super clean! I never have to think about doing laundry ever again as I know they will always have it taken care of. Also worth noting, everyone I’ve dealt with has been so friendly and super willing to help whenever I’ve had issues. For example one time I couldn’t figure out how to place an order on their website (silly me!) but I called them and one of the staff members patiently walked me through the process over the phone until I was able to place my order - how amazing is that??!

I’ve lived in NYC my whole life and this is by far the best laundromat I’ve been to! The space is clean and roomy and the machines are pristine. Harry and his staff are warm, accommodating, thoughtful, and super skilled and efficient. Our laundry is always expertly folded and they are careful to confirm any special directions and line dry our more sensitive items. I have been a customer with this laundry for approximately three years. In recent months I always find it dirty and messy, both on the floor and on top of the machines. During the hours when people go to wash, many of the machines are occupied by workers to complete their clothing orders paid for by weight. There are also damaged machines which means you have to wait longer to be able to take an empty machine.
