UPDATED REVIEW: I updated this review from 1 star to 4 stars simply for customer service. They reached out and asked if they could redo my nails free of charge. When I got them redone, the nail tech made sure to ask if I was okay with each french tip individually. It took a few tries to get all the tips symmetrical and even but the nail tech was very patient and wanted to be intentional. I'm not sure if french tips are their strong suit but I appreciate that they asked how comfortable I was with each tip before moving on. Another nail tech did nick me a little but I let it go. I appreciate the effort and customer service.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I came here after seeing all the positive reviews, and honestly left quite confused! 😭 I reluctantly write this review but I feel I have to be honest about my experience. I was excited to get a manicure here after reading but unfortunately did not have the same experience as others. I asked for a black french tip gel manicure -- nothing crazy, just simple! My french tips were uneven in thickness and asymmetric. Even the curve of the tips looked more triangular on some nails. Some french tips didn't even connect from edge to edge of the nail. I asked the nail tech, Coco, to fix at least one of the french tips where it wasn't connected but she just kept telling me okay and that I was mistaken. She said it wasn't my nail that I was looking at, and that it was skin and that's why there was no polish there. It's one thing to make a mistake, but it's another to ignore it or gaslit your customer after it's been addressed by the customer. I tried to get her to fix another tip and all she did was file the affected side down instead of adding polish. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt in that maybe she was rushing but there was no one else but me in that nail salon at the time. In all honest truth, I would not...

The only reason I tried this nail spot out was because of the reviews. Plus I’ve been seeking for a nail spot around the area. Since I live around here, and it would be convenient for me. I was beyond disappointed with the entire service. I asked for 2 designs and before hand I asked the lady if she was able to do them if not then she didn’t have to do them. She agreed and said she was able to. I arrived at 5:30 for my nail appointment and didn’t leave until 8ish. Yet she was not able to do the design. The nails were not clean it was very sloppy and I still had to pay $15 for the design. The lines of the other nail were very uneven and thick. The lady had to redo them almost 3 times and during that I did tell her if she is not able to do them then she can just paint them but she insisted she can. I figured maybe she is learning and why not let her keep trying. I also noticed how everyone who got their nails done where given shoulder massages. Once I paid for my nails I asked the owner if the massages were extra cost her respond was that it’s included when you do your nails. I mentioned I did not get one. As a first time customer this did not sit well with me at all. As unsatisfied as I was I did tip the lady and paid for the nail service as well as the extra $15 for the designs that were not what I asked. I was extremely disappointed in...
