Ah, where to begin...? Let's start with the cramped quarters. Two people walking abreast down any aisle is impossible, thanks to the stacks of merchandise littering the path. The shopping carts regularly have to crash into these superfluous piles of cereal, tea, and everything else. The produce section is difficult to get to because, again, the aisles are so narrow. You have to navigate past the (always crowded) deli counter to reach it. A gross coffee vending machine stands on an end cap, making movement even more difficult. The frozen food department is poorly organized. (Seriously, the Lean Cuisine meals are stacked on the shelves in such a way that you can't see their names without pulling them out of the case. The name appears on three sides, and they're all facing the wrong way!) Don't bother getting any ice cream here; it's either frozen solid, or has formed large ice crystals on top. I've seen friendlier staff in a prison movie. The cashiers in particular seem to take pride in not greeting customers, and will avoid saying a word until mentioning the total and, "debit or credit?" I only ever shop here once a month or so, because the experience is regularly disappointing. Foodtown and C-Town are much better...
