UPDATE... Letrice was AMAZING She was patient and organized. Always checking on us, never missing a beat! She decorated a plate for my son's day...nice af. I wish she could have been here in the past. It's okay, she made up for past experiences. Look at the plate in the pic.

Update...3/8 against my advice and review my family decided to try this place, my sis never been here so we gave it a shot. My main issue was the waitress had a cold and snot tissue in her hand. I tried to get a pic, but she tossed it by the time she returned to the table. Then she forgot the drinks and an order, no biggie, but the food she gave us was incorrect. We kept it, even paid for it. She said she had adhd...idk what happened, I thought for sure she would be a vibe.

1/20 Got there @ 9:11 and was passed 2x by an Asian girl and overlooked by the girl sitting beside the door. The Hispanic male also stood there never acknowledging me. Finally I asked @ 9:17 how long do I have to wait to be seated? He gon ask the other girl in the corner, i didn't even see her. She gon look at the time and say 9:15. I said I been in here since 9:11 and you (pointing to the Hispanic dude saw me when I walked in. The other girl sitting by the door ran to help the guy that came through the door, only to see he was with me. Her turn of shame was priceless. The girl from the corner proceeded to show me a sign that the last seating was @ 9:15. I said it's cool, but it was very rude and u professional how this all transpired. If I had not asked y'all would not have said nothing. The girl from the corner offered her apologies, but the damage was done. I called on Saturday and spoke to an Asian man I believe. He was so nice and welcoming, to bad the call didn't match the experience. We would have taken the food to go, but that wasn't even offered. It's cool google says they have another location on...

First time here.

Pros: *Clean and spacious. *For seafood boils, you can select the type of seasoning and level of spice you'd like: plain, garlic butter, cajun, etc., mild, spicy, or fire. *Friendly staff. Bartenders Yuri and Ebony, our server Crystal, and manager Alex were the best part of the visit; they made it a pleasant experience.

Cons: *There aren't enough steamed and broiled menu options. *Portions are small. When the menu indicated I would receive corn with my seafood boil I expected an ear, not a third of an ear. *Pricing is not representative of such small portions. $45.00 for the king crab leg boil and I received one large leg. The menu does indicate that you'll receive one pound, it just doesn't indicate that it'll be one leg! *Almost half of the items on the menu are high in sodium, and have a photo of a salt shaker listed next them. So you're thinking: "It's Cajun seafood! What'd you expect? Indulge!" Each item with that icon means the sodium level is above the recommended daily allowance of less than 2,300 mg per day. So eating two appetizers can have you potentially ingesting 4,000 mg of salt (or more) before you even order an entree. I'm not that hungry.

Bottom Line: This is not a place I would come to eat again, not even for appetizers. I need more variety and something just a teeny, tiny bit more healthy. I can't knowingly ingest all this fried salt!

Myself and my family a party of four went to the parkchester location on Wednesday night 5/1/24 they advertised and event Issa vibe. We arrived at 7:30 pm it was packed and they had karaoke going I was good with the atmosphere so I was told they only have one table in the back we took it when seated there where other patrons being served there were two employees male and female waiting on tables so the gentleman looks at us an continues to help the other table 25 minutes past I go to the front and ask why hasn’t a waiter come to serve us the women apologizes for no one coming to help us and said someone will be there shortly. There after a waitress came and asked if anyone helped us. I told her no she looked at her coworker and asked why he didn’t wait on the table and they started Arguing in front of us because neither one of them wanted to wait on the table so I just got up when asked for the manager the manager said To help us, but I also asked to be moved upfront, hoping the service would be better only to be sitting there waiting on the same guy who just made up his mind that he didn’t want to service so I kindly walked out with me and my family I just told the story because the service there was awful for a employee to not want to serve someone. I was appalled and definitely didn’t know why, but couldn’t take a chance of something happening with my food in this day and time. I do not recommend this restaurant very unprofessional horrible customer service...
