This is the most terrible establishment I have ever known. I contacted them because I live nearby. Which I am very sorry about. The first day I came to negotiate prices for laser hair removal on 3 parts of my body. Please note this is not for the full body, but only 3 parts of the body that are included here: (armpits, Brazilian bikini area, and legs) and before that I already found out prices in other Spa for the full body, It was approximately from $120 to $150 for one session. And so they offered me a price of $980 for 10 sessions of laser treatment on 3 parts of the body. That there should have been 3 body parts in each session. I agreed and made the payment. Moreover, I was not given any documents or supporting papers about my procedures. When I came to the first session, other girls working there asked me which area of ​​the body I would like to have laser done today? To which I was very surprised and surprised and told them that according to our agreement, each session had to include 3 parts of the body. To which they began to object and pretend that they did not understand anything. They eventually suggested that I do 2 body parts in each session. To which I already agreed with them. But at the time of the procedure, I notice that they do not carefully pass through the body with a laser machine. That is, somewhere they will do it, somewhere they won’t. They leave body parts unfinished. When I ask why you don’t do every section completely, to which they said that their laser machine might break or something would run out in it, that is, I didn’t really understand. I was very angry and upset because I did not receive the service I expected. I’ll say more, their machine sucks terrible and it’s old. I haven’t lost a single hair after the procedure they did to me. As a result, I asked to be charged for that session, which they didn’t even do for me. And the rest of the money will be reimbursed to me. So they told me that one session would cost half the total amount. Let me remind you that at the beginning I paid $980. Of this amount, they want half for the fact that they allegedly performed a laser on 3 areas of the body. There is no point in arguing with them. They are so cute until they take advantage of you. Once you have made the payment. They take off the masks from their faces. I don't recommend it to anyone. Please beware they are real scammers. I really regret...

If I could give it zero stars - I would. Made an appointment for eyelash extensions. Arrived at my appointment, front desk lady said the lash tech will be here in a few minutes. So i wait, and wait, and wait…. Keep in mind I arrived at 1:09pm for our 1pm appointment and the lash tech arrived at 2pm.

Red flag #2, lash tech didn’t even wash my lashes to make sure it was clean, kept putting some tape on my forehead??? I’m not new to eyelash extensions - I know how the process goes and this constant putting tape over and over my forehead was super weird..

Then I realized she was putting tape on my forehead to put the lash glue on the tape placed on my forehead.. super strange.

but that’s not even the worst part. she started putting the lashes and lo and behold - it was PAINFUL. Like i’ve stated before, I’ve gotten lashes probably 50 times in my life or more - I know how it’s supposed to go, feel, etc. THIS experience, was not normal and super dangerous.

The glue smelled like crazy/gorilla glue, and as she was putting the lashes on, she was using some super sharp instrument that made a clanking sound. She tugged at my eyelashes and was trying to put it ON MY WATERLINE!!!! It was the most PAINFUL thing i’ve ever experienced. I went to places where i would fall asleep while getting my lashes done!!! This place made me want to cry and tear my eyes out.

I stopped her and she kept insisting to continue!! I told her, I am in pain, can you please just give me a mirror so I can see what is going on? she finally gave me a mirror and my entire eye and the corner of my eye (skin part) is super RED, IRRITATED, and itchy!!! So I became very upset, told her that it is painful i would not like to continue this, just remove the lashes. She tried removing the lashes and EVEN FAILED AT THAT!!! None of them were removed… so I’m now walking around with 3-4 lashes on the corner of my eye that is irritating me!!

I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I am absolutely upset and disappointed. My flight is tomorrow, I was really looking forward to having my lashes done for a vacation, I wasted 3 HOURS, and $40 on UBER.

TERRIBLE...

It's a great place, affordable, easy to get appointments and i have always had wonderful massages! Very friendly and Courteous staff, who keep conversation light and take precaution with covid protocols and above all they have a clean environment. I have been here 7 times so i can give a detailed review

The first time was with Groupon, it was good, easy to book appointment but the pressure was too hard (deep tissue) and I was in pain for a bit (but they got the knot out so I attributed the pain to not being use to massages, so I went back) I wasn’t turned over (on my back) didn’t know this was a part of the massage till the 2nd visit!

No one ever massaged my feet till the 7th visit, I thought it wasn’t part of it so never asked. I also feel like can feel like a hit or miss depending on the staff you get or their mood for that day.

With Chanel - If you like light pressure and feeling like your body is just being oiled for an hour then go with her, she adjusted the pressure when i let her know and surprisedly still felt relaxed afterwards and had a good massage.

With Tracy - I got either the right amount of pressure or too hard depending on the day but she adjusts once you let her know, still had a good massage.

Then Kelly She is the best and just the right amount of pressure and very thorough, the first to turn me over and massage my feet! She got all the knots out.

One thing i wish they did was ask for your pain/problem area so the massage is personalized to you and not just a one size fits all

All in all I do get great affordable massages from here and will...
