Recently, I visited Klim Jewelry Shop to purchase a diamond and have some repairs made to a few pieces of jewelry. This is not my first time purchasing jewelry at Klim. I am a repeat customer. Or should I say family member because that is exactly how I'm treated and the many people that walk through those doors. Rosa, Rueben and the staff are professionals and experts in the diamond business. You go in thinking that you know exactly what you want, but rest assure that they know best. Rosa and her staff will always have "something better for you." And that comes with loads of experience and listening to the customer's wants and needs. They will work with you to give you the best possible price that they could while giving you the best quality of jewelry that they have. They make an enormous effort to make sure that you are pleased and satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can bring it back and choose something else from their many gorgeous pieces. The diamond I purchased was a treat for me and Rosa made sure that I was happy and pleased. Rueben set my diamond and made all the necessary repairs by adding stones to some pieces all in one day since I was leaving NY within 2 days. There were 7 pieces in total. I had the absolute best experience ever at Klim jewelry and would recommend it to anyone. I'm a 25 year old girl who follows so many different jewelers on Instagram and found the shape that I was interested in. I definitely knew I wanted an emerald cut with side stones. Klim was able to not only find me the perfect stone with the most perfectly proportioned side stones, but they also found my fiancé's family an emerald stone that looked so much bigger than the carat weight, with no inclusions and an incredible color for an unbelievable price. My diamond is spread out well and also deep enough that the light catches. Rosa, Ruben And Aliza are able to find you stones that have inclusions to minimize the price (if you want to fill your dream size and color but stay within budget) but the inclusions can be on the side of the diamond so you cant even see them when set.
