KM's Dreamland is very spacious and has a plethora of fun obstacles and rides for the kiddies to play! It's clean and the toys are relatively in good shape, which is understandable due to their constant usage and rough treatment by the kids. Tammy was understanding and helped us deliver a great birthday/gender reveal party in their separate igloo-shaped structure out in the back which had its own air conditioning units to keep it cool during the summer heat. We opted for the highest package with the additional hour, but keep in mind that each additional kid is 30 dollars, each additional adult is 10 dollars, and that the final price includes BOTH 15% cleaning fee and overall tax, so add approximately 300-400 on top of the packaged price. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in transporting and setting up the area, and they spoke Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, which is very convenient! Out of the many kid play place around the neighborhood, KM's Dreamland was our favorite because it was relatively new, spacious, affordable rides at 50 cents to a dollar each, and the parking situation is relatively easy in this neighborhood. All the kiddies had fun and the adults found it relatively easy to navigate. For the best experience, try to keep the adult and children count to the suggested amount, or else it would be a tight squeeze to fit everyone in.
Highly recommend coming here for a fun time with your little one! Please give them a try and I promise you won't regret it! Thank you for reading and...
Read moreA wonderful new addition to 13th Avenue for children to play! This playground is larger than it seems from the outside. There's slides, a trampoline, ball pit, zip line, and little rides you can sit on for token.
Today was our first visit as it's my son's 4th birthday today. The staff at the counter was so friendly and nice that he gave my son some free tokens and even allowed him to pick any Pokémon he wanted from the crane game in the front. What really impressed me was that at first my son wasn't sure if he wanted to go inside or not. We were allowed to step through the gate and gave him a closer look inside to see if he wanted to spend the 2 hours here.
For 2 hours for one adult and one child, it was $27.22 cash. I filled out a waiver prior to play and we were in! There was quite a few children today since it's a holiday, but my son warmed up quickly. We did leave under an hour because he said it was too loud for him.
For sensory children like my son, I would give this place a try and know that yes, the place is loud and might be overstimulating for sensory needs children. I hope to come again as soon as it opens to see if he'll continue to warm up to playing here. It's very clean and all the equipment is brand new!
I'm super happy to have a place like this in...
Read moreI visited KM’s Dreamland on Thursday with my daughter. Upon arrival, I was asked if it was my first time and then I agreed to the waiver. I was automatically charged for two hours of playtime. I had assumed the charge would be for one hour, and although I acknowledge I should’ve clarified, the lack of transparency was concerning. The man that was working that day was dishonest about the payment. He asked for $25 plus tax and I handed over $50. He gave me $9 in change. When I questioned this and clarified that I wanted to stay for an hour, the man made a phone call because the order was put in already. After that, he placed $50 on the counter, expecting me to hand it back to him. After doing so, I was given $33 back. Definitely left me feeling distrustful. If I didn’t question it, he would’ve kept my money. Be aware of your change when handing over big bills.
I’ll give it another star since my daughter did enjoy her stay. However, she did get a fever the next day, so I’m not sure how...
