Terrible experience. After great staff having helped with shirts, a gentleman with a striped shirt and a mask, who probably was the manager, asked why I put the shirts on the counter to the side. And asked if I was speaking to someone or not. I was his 2nd victim after he was seen doing this to another customer. Upon asking if there was a problem, his attitude was the worst I've experienced in NYC - confrontational and looking for trouble. He obviously has no business in retail.
