great website....nice lay out, fast, organized interface...happy for patients who were able to get an appointment. There seems to be no open slots in DC and NYC after 30 days? In fact there is no choice offered on the web page..it just shows no slots available. This is a testament to the Philippine governments efficiency, organization, and compassion in facilitating their citizens timely processing of travel documents. I am confident the consular staff and ambassador is doing everything they can to facilitate this process as evidenced by the fact that they don't really answer the phones and keep on directing you to the website w/o any open slots. Read moreIts important to make an appointment online and read the requirements the Consulate gives. Once that's done, coming to the location in NYC seemed easy enough. About 15-20 min walk to / from Penn Station. I came on a Friday afternoon and was seen right away for my appointment for notary services. Make sure you understand how many copies you need to bring of your document and copies of your ID. They have a copy machine on site and will cost $.25 per copy. Your Notarized/Consularized document will be ready by Monday for pickup. Or it can be mailed to you if you supply a prepaid envelope. Had a decent experience today. Its probably because it wasn't too busy for a Friday...
