Lasting Venue — Local services in New York

It’s been a few months but I HAVE to write this review. So About December I contacted Lasting Venue I found them on TikTok for a surprise party for my mom in March. Nasia had me come in for a tour on a Saturday & the space was way bigger than I thought it was. Perfect. I talked with Nasia maybe weekly or even a few times a week about what I needed done for the party. We talked themes, color schemes, anything extra I may have needed. Everything was just so professional, down to the mood board she drafted up with the decorations & colors. That mood board did NOT serve the final outcome any justice. When I say BEAUTIFULLY EXECUTED, omg. I loved it. We had an assistant provided by Lasting Venue, she was amazing, super sweet & helpful, she even joined in the party with us a few times like family. The Signature Package we got came with everything decorated, in the end, they even cleaned up for us! Although we just didn’t feel right leaving it to the staff we definitely pitched in, though we didn’t have to. I look forward to having all of my future events here. All we had to do was show up with our food & drinks. When my mom showed up, we turned out all the lights, turned off the music & the wonderful Security outside, he knocked on the window lightly to let us know my mom was coming in, it was so funny because he asked how many seats she needed, she thought it was a restaurant 😭😭 Everything else was set for us. This was the most seamless, stress LESS, perfect venue I’ve ever rented & til this day, though many people didn’t show up, my mom’s surprise party is still talked about, just based on how beautifully decorated it was, how helpful the staff was. Also, being that not many people showed up, we had soooo much food left over, the security guard, who was also amazing, he asked us did we want to throw away the food we weren’t taking or did we mind donating it to a few of the women who worked in the beauty supply store & even a few of the nicer, needy people in the area & I just think that was so beautiful. I say that to say, Nasia knows what she’s doing, she knows who’s good for business. If you haven’t booked Lasting Venue yet, please tell me what you’re waiting for? Thanks so much...

I had the pleasure of working with Nasia (owner) for my grandma 70th surprise party. We selected the package with the venue and decorations, which turned out to be amazing. From the beginning it was easy to contact and communicate with her. We collaborated ideas, made adjustments and she produced the final draft with all the party details. I loved the visuals, it made things pretty easy. Tables and chairs were provided. The venue is all white, with AC/heat. nice bathroom, portable bar and small kitchen area. The dj need to bring all their equipment. The only issue we ran into was a lighting problem with dimming but Nasia took care of that with portables. We also wished they had a refrigerator. We brought another cooler to supplement the ones she supplied. The venue came with an assistant and security (who were great by the way). The venue, decor and party all turned out to be great. I'll definitely recommend this Lasting Venue to...

Let me just say you will NOT be disappointed by booking this venue. I booked the space for my grandmother’s 90th! From the first point of contact, to the viewing to the final outcome this was the best experience I’ve had & I work in the event industry! I went to the view the space and was immediately in awe of how clean & how big the space actually is, the pics do not serve it justice. I booked it in 2 days didn’t event bother going to see any other options. Book the Signature package, it’s so worth it and convenient. All we had to do was show up with food & drinks. The decor was absolutely beautiful. The staff was even welcoming the day, event manager for the night Bri was amazing she was super attentive and helpful. Security Travis such a cool dude with a sense of humor. And Nasia’s customer service was top tier. I just have to say don’t pass this place up, BOOK it now! Will definitely book again soon!
