Kam Long Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

My daughter Ordered a large spare rib tip with BBQ sauce and a small roast pork fried rice for delivery. Imagine our surprise when we open the bag there is a small pork fried rice and a large pork fries rice with BBQ sauce. My daughter calls to tell them they sent the wrong thing's for the lady to argue her down about what she ordered. So my daughter tells her they need to come back with the correct stuff she proceeds to tell my daughter that we need to pay $2 more to which I said no we not paying for yall error and we will bring it back and will be expecting a full refund of our $20. She hung up the phone on my daughter. So now we had to walk 10+ blocks to take it back to the restaurant, and let me add I'm in a whole knee brace recovering from a meniscus tear. They thought we were bluffing about bringing it back from so far. She seen my face and hurriedly gave me my money back. Long story short customer service goes long way . They failed greatly being greedy. Never again and we been ordering and eating from them...

I bought the curry chicken n it was chicken flakes literally that's how thin the chicken was n they gave me around 7 1inch chicken flakes the tallest piece might have been 1.5 inch n they were flatter than a cucumber slice n about half inch wide with around 6 to 7 crumbs and a pound of rice n onions and pepper. I did not order rice onions n peppers where the meat went i dont know. anyways, I called she said "curry chicken don't come with a lot of meat" so I said "what's so special am I eating some rare chicken.... the hell curry powder so cheap, is urs made with gold dust I don't get it". so she said if "don't eat u get money,back, eat n no money". I said miss i started to eat cuz I thought the onions covered the rest of the meat, but then I realize they would never refund me so I said I didn't eat come get it and gave him the the plate of onions n peppers n the rice to take back and closed my door. Their fried rice is not as good as before. It is soggy, tasteless and they don't put the chunky vegetables and chicken like before. You use to see it throughout the rice. Their rice use to be so good. The same goes for the chicken wings tasteless and feathers and hair was on the chicken wings. That Turned me off. I having had Chinese food in a couple of years. Their food use to be excellent. I don't know what happened. The egg foo young was alright. Maybe they changed owners. The prices they charge they need to step up their game.
