Purchased a Groupon deal for keratin lash lift + tint. I saw high ratings of this place and thought why not give it a try. I reserved a time slot so both my sister and I can get them done at the same time. When we got there, my sister got to go in the room and layed on a bed (she said it was very hard and uncomfortable) and I sat outside on the chair to do my lash lift. There was only 1 worker to do both of our lashes, but when we called the lady told us to do it early in the morning on a Monday so there would be 2 workers It was quite an uncomfortable experience since I had to sit outside with everyone else who were doing their manicure or pedicure and it was quite loud. It felt very dingy. Also the workers didn’t wear masks. I have done lash lifts and tint before and have never felt as much pain from getting them done. While doing my lashes, I saw her using some sort of duck tape to cover my face. Which clearly shows the lack of proper equipment. While doing my lashes she pressed my eyes pretty hard and a lot of the liquid for lash lifts went into my eye. Both my sister and I had our eyes stinging for the whole day afterwards, which was quite unpleasant. My eye also turned extremely red. They lashes do look good tho, but the amount of pain I had to experience from getting them done, was not worth it. Also if you tear up like I did during the process, most likely your lashes will get messed up. After I teared up from the pain, my left eyes lashes became slightly lower than the right side. When I paid in the front with my Groupon deal, the lady at the receptionist said something about how Groupon doesn’t work and how I should cancel it on the app and pay the price in person? But then she decided to just accept it and wrote down the reference numbers. I believe she wanted us to pay in person so that she didn’t have to call Groupon later to get the money. But not quite sure. I already had a bad experience and that made me feel more suss and dingy about this place. We also had to pay an extra fee of $10 ($5 per person) at the front in addition to having the Groupon coupon. The only good thing was the lady was very sweet who was doing my lashes, but she’s not very gentle and needs more experience. UPDATE: During that time, I booked over a week in advance and asked for Wednesday or Thursday but the lady on the phone recommended Monday since there are more workers available for 2 people. And so my sister took off from work for that date that was recommended. I chose the time 9:45am so that there would be less people, and there were practically no one in the beginning until more people started to come in when I was already there for my appointment. Prior to more customers coming in, I was already placed on a chair, while others went towards the back. I was unaware that even if I went early in the morning they would only accommodate my sister and give her a private room while I would have to sit outside on a chair to do my lashes. In regards to masks, no the workers did not wear masks while I was there.

I went for a Mani-pedi. I had called the day before to schedule an appointment, I explained i wanted a regular mani pedi and a simple design for the mani, lines only, the lady on phone said yes thats OK, the nail tech is " very good". They gave me appt for 4 so I scheduled my day around arriving at 4pm. I get there the next day and immediately I could tell the technician was frustrated. I didn't understand what she said to the owner but it sounded like there was a scheduling problem and the nail tech didn't have time to see me, she pulled out her appt book and started flipping through the pages. Eventually she asked me to sit. I should add she was never rude to me, just seemed like the schedule was a problem. I showed her design I wanted, a minimalist French mani, so basically a French mani but thinner line and instead of white line i wanted orange. She said "ok I try" so that was unexpected. Within 3 minutes of me sitting down another customer shows up and starts huffing and puffing and talking to the tech doing my nails, saying "I have things to do" bc I guess the nail tech or owner overbooked the appt slot. It seemed like this lady was a regular and they know each other... So this whole ordeal made me feel awkward. She rushes through the pedi, paints toenail with no base or primer polish, fine not a big deal. Mani was also rushed, she said "im only gonna do 1 coat" so i said ok and I could tell she was in a rush to get to the other customer, who was sitting nearby and glaring. It was fine but it's not like the picture I showed her and 6 hrs later I see that the nail isn't even fully painted (probably bc it was only 1 coat) and the line is already showing signs of cracking, even though i haven't lifted a finger since the mani, not even to wash dishes! The cuticles were also not cut well. I wouldn't be bothered if this was a $20 mani-pedi but it was $35 +$10 tip i left ($45 total) the entire appt lasted like 40 min, very rushed and awkward. Also when I went to pay by debit card the woman said "cash is better because there is a surcharge with card" so i said "I don't have cash, what's the surcharge?" She said "I don't know but the atm is $2 fee so its better"...so idk why she didn't want me to pay with my card, the stickers on the door say they accept card and i was willing to pay surcharge but felt forced to use atm for cash and I really hope my card info is not skimmed or stolen from the 3rd party atm, as I really hate using those.. I don't think I will return unfortunately.

Absolutely do NOT go here. They treat you like you’re an idiot especially if they think you’re ā€œAmericanā€ (FYI to the owner; I speak Russian and I understood everything you and the old lady getting her pedicure were saying about me). I got an acne facial and came in with blackheads hoping to exfoliate my pores for that reason. The pictures below are the progression of how terrible my skin got from the day of the facial until 4 days after. To make matters worse it wasn’t even relaxing because they just try and upsell you the whole time while they’re absolutely mangling your face. I’ve had dozens of facials elsewhere and my skin will be agitated afterwards but better after a day or so. In this case, every single pimple and blackhead that was under my skin came to the surface and got insanely inflamed. To top it all off, in the last 5 minutes of the facial the lady asked me if I wanted to buy one more product and I said that I had used it before and it did not agree with my skin. She proceeded to smear it all over my face anyway to ā€œcover up the agitationā€ (it has like a nude coloring to it). I am not dumb or inexperienced; I know my sensitive face is supposed to be red/ agitated after a facial but they made it worse than it had been in months. I’m honestly not sure how or if these estheticians are certified. I would try and call them or go by and reason with them but the would probably call me Š³Š»ŃƒŠæŠ°Ń сука underneath their breath and mess my face up even worse. I even still tip 20% because I am a bartender and I feel obligated but these people do not even deserve to be licensed. Ps- I had a scrape on my chin that I told them to just avoid and they disregarded that so kind of unsanitary on top of everything
