Lav Express Laundry — Local services in New York

I am very dissatisfied with the laundry staff, I started washing in a machine when I entered the card, it looked something strange and it didn't work. I went to the front and the lady in charge came and looked and said that it doesn't work and I told her I put the soap in. She had bought it herself and I asked her if I could do something, she said no and I told her but the machine doesn't have any advertisements as it happens that they have the machines and she told me I don't know, I'm very busy and she was on her tablet looking there with a very unpleasant attitude I have been using this laundry for a long time but with staff like that you don't feel like returning I couldn't say or I give you the soap use another machine and the problem is solved don't ignore saying I'm very busy if you are looking at your phone all the time tablet that is not professional...

I'm always there, every week doing my laundry. And tonight I left my blanket by accident and I called.. that guy was so rude. I had to get up at the 12a.am to get my blanket and guess what the guy was doing???? Watching tv on his dammm phone😡😡😡 he could just looked in the dryer and saved it for me the next morning!! Horrible service over the phone....

It was my first time here and the staff was absolutely clueless as to how to work the washing machines them selfs. I ended up paying double of what I would usually pay in another place.
