$8 for a tiny bolon mixto?! I felt like I got ripped off. I also bought an "humita" since the lady at the counter told me they had humitas, but there was no cheese and no flavor. It did not taste like an humita at all. The bolon tasted great though, it was just hella small. I also got an arepa de choclo con queso and it was small for $5. Not worth it. Idk if I got ripped off with the price since I don't speak Spanish, but idk how I spent $17 for three...

Went here for the first time with a Too Good To Go surprise bag. It gave cozy corner restaurant vibes. The worker was kind and helpful in getting me my order quickly. I was given rice, plaintains, spaghetti noodles and something that looked like a pork bone or beef bone.

The food itself was quite mid, not amazing but not bad. Not a place I would go out of my way to try but perhaps if I end up in the neighborhood I might give it...

I don’t mind paying $15 for large chicken soup with rice but please don’t give me just chicken breast bone and gizzard. Barely any meat for the cost.
