On my first visit, we had a very thorough consultation reviewing my skin history, current regimen, lifestyle, and everything in-between so she could get to understand my skin concerns and goals. So important - I've seen other aestheticians that go straight into a facial without the preemptive examination and the results are simply just not the same. Laziza is incredibly thorough, knowledgable, professional, and truly cares in making sure her cutting-edge treatments and medical grade products she recommends are the fastest and most economical way of accomplishing your skin goals. I have had acne since I was about 10. I’m nearly 30. In that time, I have tried literally everything to clear my skin. I went to a dermatologist for years, where I’d regularly get chemical peels and injections into my cystic pimples. Every time, I’d leave in pain and in tears. Ive taken every antibiotic, spironolactone, and even acutane (which made my skin perfect but caused horrible side effects). Again, nothing helped long term.

Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I spent around $160 on products ordering from their website 2 times in a row. The second time I ordered, usps misplaced my package and someone stole it causing items to be missing. I understand their policy of if it’s marked delivered basically too bad so sad. Company was not willing to assist at all. I even asked if they would simply provide free shipping so I can repurchase the items with no shipping cost. They ignored my email several times and finally after I emailed them again asking for help and letting them know how terrible their customer service is, they say they can no longer do business with me. I am a willing and able customer to spend a lot of money on products I am purchasing and was just very disappointed my package got lost and they were not willing to do anything to assist.
