LBC Underground — Local services in New York

I'm a huge fitness class junkie so when I tell you this is one of the best classes I've ever taken, you best believe it! There are a few reasons why I absolutely love LBC:

(1) The classes are 50-55 minutes long and I've come to realize that working out for 50 mins efficiently beats lolly-gagging at the gym for 2 hours. I leave the class physically sore & mentally stronger and I enjoy being able to follow a fun and different workout every time I go.

(2) John is hands-down one of the best trainers I've ever had. He's invested in your success and will challenge you to build yourself up. I've been going to LBC for a few months and John gives it his all in every single class. He walks around the class and will correct everyone's postures & form...in that same vein, it'll be hard to slack off because he'll watch you like a hawk and will continue to push & encourage you to do the very best. We all need a trainer like John.

(3) This is the first and only establishment that I've been to that incorporates a pre and post stretching routine which is VERY important. I love how they care about improving your performance/form and decreasing the risk of injuries.

I highly recommend you give it a try to see what the hype is about. (Their first class is free BTW!) You'll leave a class feeling stronger, more accomplished...

LBC Underground is a one of kind studio. The exercise classes are different every day! They have you work out different body parts each day which is why I love this gym. John is the Best trainer there is! I have been working out with John for a year now and I feel I am much stronger physically and mentally. Now let’s talk about Monda and Jess, they are the sweetest girls around, when you walk into the studio they greet you with the biggest smile ever! They make you feel like family...

Just came from the Saturday morning class. What a great workout. There is something special about LBC Underground. It's not like any other studio. A mixture of cardio,weight training, and boxing. I have been training with John for years and know he is the best out there. Monda and Jess greet you at the front desk like you are family.( and you will be ) Be the best you can be, you deserve...
