I felt very uncomfortable, embarrassed, profiled, and rushed tonight. The waiter kept coming and asking “What do you want?” Within the 2 minute time span. The first time, I told our waiter “We’re still thinking”. However he kept rushing us. So I just ordered Surf and Turf and my boyfriend ordered the Sunset Blvd. We asked him for his recommendation - He recommended the cucumber sake. We agreed!

But the thing is... WE never got the chance to look at the drink menu. I felt it was the waiter job to tell me what’s the price especially if he took the menu away!

We get the bill and it turns out our sake costed 75 dollars. No one notified me about the cost. It’s his job as the waiter to note the cost. I was shocked and asked the guy by the cash register “ does this really cost 75 dollars?”

He rolled his eyes at me and said “look, we have 85, 125 dollar sake. You could look at the menu if you want! Want me to bring it out?”... he got very defensive with me! I felt very upset and embarrassed. I was simply curious about the cost! I told him that - it wasn’t nothing personal! I wasn’t notified about the cost and just wanted to know. He made my boyfriend and I feel awful for asking about the cost!

I was just shocked! I was also shocked when he...

Hey Google Family, I wanted to share my recent dining experience at Fushimi with you on Page Ave. Firstly, I must say that Fushimi has some of the best sushi I have ever tasted. The freshness of the fish and the quality of the ingredients truly sets them apart. The variety of rolls and sashimi options they offer is also quite impressive. If you are a sushi lover, I highly recommend giving Fushimi a try. Moreover, I want to specifically mention our waiter, Haven. He was absolutely fantastic and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Not only was he attentive and efficient in taking our orders and serving the dishes promptly, but he also had a great sense of humor. He kept us entertained throughout the meal with his witty comments and friendly banter. Haven's exceptional service added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening. Overall, I cannot recommend Fushimi enough. The combination of their outstanding sushi and the excellent service provided by Haven truly made it a memorable dining experience. I will definitely be returning and bringing along friends and family to share in this delightful...

Came for dinner with family. Didn’t let my family sit inside, stating that there is not enough space. When went to speak with waiter, half of sitting area inside was empty When placing orders, we were reassured that all choices are available, yet 5 out of 15 selection weren’t available Ordering drinks is impossible, when mixed it’s far from standards of what Fushimi used to present and offer. Charade Ordered one and half dozen of oysters, only dozen was available, yet were charged for 1.5. Ordered glass of plum wine, charged three. Drank only one Oh, wait time was horrific. Waited nearly an hour to get our orders, mind you restraint was occupied at 15-20% of its capacity… oh the food was ok. Not worth the price anymore. Genki does a better job with their orders Please consider alternatives to...

Very pleased with the service and food! We ordered the white sangria which had plenty of cut up fruit in it. Took our order having appetizers first. The Rockshrimp was incredible. Also ordered the Fushimi salad with the ginger dressing. Not sweet nor overbearing. For entrées, the Outta control speciality roll, tuna avocado and Shrimp teriyaki. Love how the sauce was off to the side. And surprisingly the mash potatoes were top notch. Ill definitely be back in the future.

I’ve gone here a couple times and I enjoyed the food, the servers were friendly. The crab bisque was delicious. The tuna/salmon pizza is my favorite. I feel like the prices are a little higher than average but the renovation makes up for it. However 4/5 stars since the $100 toro isn’t really worth it. But overall, it’s pretty good.
