I gave them a1 because I had no other choice,so I came here today (friday) to simply soak off acrylic nail tips. They were over packed and seemed very busy but I was told I could sit and I have someone work set up my soak swiftly. I sat there and a woman put the acetone soak on my nails after sitting there for about 25 minutes I noticed she wasn't coming to check or even monitor that the acrylic was pealing off properly. Long story short, another coworker told me she didn't buff my nails properly so I got more buffering from this woman. Off to the acetone soak again... after an additional 10 minutes I noticed my skin was pealing around my finger from the acetone eating away at my skin which caused my finger to bleed. I approached Lilly about this and she said "you need to soak there is no other way " this was said in a nasty manner. I explained the acetone was eating at my skin she didn't seem to care. I basically left and decided to do the job myself. These people are inconsiderate and money hungry. They overbook so there is no point to making an appointment. There is nothing relaxing about this place literally no room to move it is so crowed. STAY AWAY...
Read moreI have gone to this establishment off and on for the past 7 years. What I will say, is that when I go back, I realize the reasons why I stopped going in the first place. The owner does a good job, but the customer service is horrible!!!!!! They talk about people in their language and are very obvious about it. You walk in and usually greeted with a flat affect. When you ask questions, no one speaks English but they start talking about you in their language. When Black women come into their establishment, we are treated as if we arenât wanted in there (I.e flat affect and no greeting). However, when Hispanic women walk in, they are greeted by the owner with a smile and a âhello.â I usually go there because it is convenient and walking distance from home, but when I leave I feel like âI just gave business to someone who didnât want business from me or my kind! I wonât step foot in there again and will find a shop that gives service with a smile, speak English and realizes that â all...
Read moreThe nail polish came off the next day, the lady rubbed my toenails toe so much that it broke three days later. I went back to fix it and she said she wouldnât fix it if I didnât pay over to do the pedicure and an extra $7 to fix my broken big toe nail. She was very rude and basically shunned me. I sat and waited in the pedicure chair waiting for a response and she held her head down and didnât even acknowledge me in a room full of customers. I had to leave when i realized that no one was paying me any attention.
They are not good at all, they work very fast but if it is quality youâre looking for, you will not get it here. NO...
