I have been waiting for the opening of this cafe for a long time and as it turned out, not in vain! When I entered this cafe, I was greeted by very friendly staff and the owner of the cafe, who introduced me to the menu. I ordered a chocolate milkshake, which I love and is hard to find in Brighton. Now I have a place nearby where I can always order this cocktail! The next day, I ordered fish pancakes and creme brulee pancakes from the chef from this cafe and was delighted! Pancakes were advised to me by the owner of the cafe, with whom we immediately found a common language and which I really liked! As it turned out, this cafe was opened by a married couple who tries to please every client and they do it very well! Especially, I want to note the serving of dishes that people take "to go"! They packed the pancakes for me with a tube, which they put in a convenient package, beautifully decorated and put it all in a plastic cup with a lid to make it easy to carry.
