Ordered Uber Eats to deliver a Mochi (Japanese sweet rice & red bean cake) last night and the worker packed up a mini cheesecake instead. I specifically marked “do not replace with similar item” because I am intolerant to cow’s milk and wheat.

I was feeling unwell after biking all day in the sun and needed a quick pick me up. The staff needs to know the inventory better or at least follow instructions on the orders if it says to refund when out of stock. I got a refund for the cake after calling support but still was out the fees and tip for the delivery person, $7 down the drain.

Ive found out that Mahfood market, Natty Garden & Natty Pet Shop are under the same owner called Joel. All the prices there are overpriced and low quality products. Some of the food is molded, milk is expired and the vegetables are not fresh as well. Ive also found difficulty in finding the ingredients. The products are not arranged accordingly and the prices are not shown. The worst customer service ever. If you cant manage, you should not do business. Like some other reviewers, I’m baffled by the bad reviews. This place was a really nice surprise! Lots of organic foods and unusual “healthy” snacks, everything looked really clean when I was there. One of the vegetables I purchased —an artichoke—was too old, but otherwise everything very appealing. I think we should point out any problems to the checkout person or manager to give them feedback rather than bad reviews. It’s a real plus for the neighborhood and we should help...
