Brooklyn Party Space — Local services in New York

Our family had a Celebration of Life Party / Repast for my Stepfather here last month. I wanted a place that wasn't the typical "party hall" which is a bit difficult to find. However, upon strategically searching on the internet for that "perfect spot"....I found Brooklyn Party Space. This venue is just too special! It gives you a club/lounge feel and that is beyond awesome to me.

From the initial contact with Sandy, I just had a feeling that we would choose this spot after visiting three others. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and welcomed, never rushed as we had many questions to ask.

They offer great pricing and different packages for any event that you are considering to have. They even offer ice delivery for a small fee so no one in your party has to worry about picking up ice and transporting it to the event. How about that? There is a coat room for coat check ins and a countless number of other amenities that typical party halls just do not have. DJ booth with equipment, TV Monitor for slide shows and so much more. When our guest walked in, everyone migrated towards the bar and basically stood there not knowing that the venue extended a way back...I mean a long way back! A mixture of High Boy Tables, Rounds and Rectangle.....Just like a lounge! Ottomans as well. Everyone could be found congregating in little nooks and crannies throughout the space which was just what we wanted. In a typical hall, you are just sitting staring in everyone's face.....not what we wanted at all.

You don't even need to decorate much because the place is decorated in Modern decor. My sister received so many compliments oh how beautiful everything was. Did I mention Security/ Door Man who will direct you on where to park and who will help you to keep everything in order? I can go on and on about this gem of a place. Thank you Tom, Sandy, Froilin ( please forgive me, I forgot your name) Security, and one more Guy who made himself available to show us the space initially. You all were so kind and we will always recommend your venue if anyone is looking for this type of space.

I do hope that you stay in business for a very long time. Spaces like yours are a rare find and different is always a great thing...

Brooklyn Party Space is a great venue for your next event. From beginning to end the staff was professional, warm and accommodating. I held my baby shower there on 4/28/18 and I was so pleased and my guests were so impressed. The venue was very chic, with two dining areas, one lounge area, kitchenette, a DJ booth and a coat room. After we secured the date we wanted to have the baby shower earlier than our agreed upon 8pm-2am, when the earlier time slot of 6pm-12am became available we were notified immediately. Tom, the owner, even recommended the baker and photo booth company that we used for the event. The venue is in downtown Brooklyn with ample street parking (still have to watch those parking signs) to accommodate our 100 guests.

When we arrived, the venue was decorated and set up, just as agreed upon. The staff was incredibly helpful, with unloading our food, beverages, additional decorations etc. Tom was present and hands on for the entire event, providing us with fold out tables for games and to use as a prop table for the photo booth and just making sure the event went as smoothly as possible. Stacey, the doorman, helped our guests with directions over the phone, where to find parking and carried large gifts inside. The bartender was so personable and involved; he even remembered the guests’ go-to drinks. He also resealed and packed all leftover beverages, neatly. At the end of the evening, Stacey loaded our vehicles with the gifts, leftover food and beverages. Our guests flooded our Facebook/Instagram comments with: “BEST BABY SHOWER EVER”, “YOUR BABY SHOWER WAS LITTTT” and a number of inquires about the venue. I had my 40th Birthday party here in early September 2019 and it was AMAZING!! Tom and Sandy exceeded all of my expectations and gave me the ultimate experience. At first I thought the space was too small to accommodate my guests but Tom was right, it easily held 80 and upward people, in hindsight I could have invited 100 + with ease. Every demand that I made Tom met. He gave the space extra care, cleaning and attention. On the night of his staff helped me set up extra details, they helped my decorator and helped me to give away extra food at the end of the night. From the cake table, which was phenomenal to my guest space and head table no detail was left to chance. I' m a picky Virgo and they completely met my every criticism, concern and soothed me along the way. I'm still beaming and getting compliments for my event and I couldn't have done it without this team. Additionally, the bartender was on point and the security guard helped me and my family at every turn. I would choose no other venue for my milestone event and now I fully see why this place stays booked. 5 stars to a venue, experience and time like no other. I truly felt like a queen for the night! Also their decorations more than exceeded anything I needed for the night. Lastly, I accidentally left gifts there and they held them for me to retrieve a few days later.
