Make My Trip — Local services in New York

It was a very bad experience. I booked a Kerala holiday package from Make My Trip. The itinerary suggested was very hectic; every day there were a total of 8 hours of travelling. To add on, one of the hotels denied my check-in as they informed me that the same had been canceled. I had booked it two months in advance. I booked it all with Make My Trip after a long struggle and many phone calls to MMT guys representatives. Higher authority somehow managed to get checked in the same hotel, and again, a room was provided wherein AC was not working. Our family slept in a single room, although we booked two rooms. Make My Trip representatives were so unprofessional. I was quite surprised to see this blunder. Never ever book a holiday package from Make My Trip; they are not bothered about your vacation; they are only interested in getting more commission. Please don't ever book through them, as their itinerary...

Had the worst experience, I made a big mistake booking my flights and accommodation trusting them when I tried to change the dates or cancel the accommodation due to the storm in Florida they keep denying me and keep dragging the situation which left me stranded in nyc. They keep to promising to call me back but no one bothers y call.I’ve stayed on hold for hours no help at all. I’m stuck in nyc with a huge loss on my pocket with a blind eye and deaf ear from them.
