Manhattan Aesthetics is hands-down one of the best med spas in NYC. I was honestly skeptical at first — my friend hyped it up, and I wasn’t even sure what I needed — but I’m so glad I went. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and informed. Their team includes board-certified providers with backgrounds in dermatology and plastic surgery, plus incredibly knowledgeable aestheticians who actually take the time to explain everything.

I came in looking to improve my skin texture and reduce wrinkles, and ended up learning about Emsculpt Neo and traditional Emsculpt. After having back surgery 7 months ago and losing muscle, I was eager to get back to form. They explained how Emsculpt could help me build back strength and tone — and even gave me a trial on my abs. The sensation was weird but effective.

I finished one full Emsculpt package and am now on my second, targeting my abs, biceps, and triceps. It’s really helped me optimize my workouts and speed up results.

I was also lucky enough to get a facial consult with their NP, who suggested Botox and laser resurfacing. As someone totally new to this, I wanted to ease in — and 2.5 weeks after my Botox, I’m blown away. It looks incredibly natural. I’ve already scheduled my first laser facial to tackle fine lines and sun damage (she said I’ll probably need 2–3).

Another major plus: their follow-up. They don’t use an answering service — actual providers are on call and even checked in after my first Neo Emsculpt session. They reviewed my Botox results too, which made me feel really taken care of.

I don’t really leave too many reviews because I don’t feel like most deserve my time but after my experience at Manhattan Aesthetics I felt the need to share with the world how great the services were as well as the staff. I had Botox done before by Rita, and she always does an amazing, natural looking job but this time we did filler as well which I wanted but was nervous about after Chelsea at the front, who is a doll BTW, every office needs a Chelsea, I wasn’t scared. And now 2 weeks later the results of the Botox and the Filler are fabulous. I look like a million bucks. My skin is glowing and it looks so natural, I don’t look frozen at all or like a duck. So happy I listened to them and if you are looking for some treatments and you are nervous trust me go here they will make you feel comfortable and won’t sell you on anything you don’t want. I am also in the process of doing the trusculpt with Kristen to get rid of the fat in my lower abs and I’m on my third season and I can’t believe the results.
