I surprised my partner with a one hour couples massage, and let me tell you that my partner was not the only one who was surprised at this experience. The entire atmosphere when we arrived was extremely calming and relaxing, the person at the front greeted us so kindly and had us check in quickly for our massage. Once we checked in they surprised my partner with a full bottle of champagne and chocolates, they brought it out in an extremely decked out arrangement and sang happy birthday to him. They did give me a call a couple hours ahead of the reservation time to ask what type of massage we would like and I did say it was a surprise for his bday and that I should allow him to decide when we would arrive, because he had no idea we were going, and they definitely contributed to the surprise factor. The real highlights were the massages, the therapists easily could tell how much pressure to apply although they asked to assure we were comfortable the entire time, I can not explain how much they really helped the aches and pains I had in my back. My calves are also really sore from time to time and I was extremely happy with how intense she massaged out my calves and other focus areas. We chose the combination massage which came with some stretches as well like in a Thai massage, I felt like I had more of a slight chiropractic massage, my back cracked a few times leaving me feeling so relieved and extremely light at the end of the experience. It was basically a deep tissue massage with also some Thai massage elements incorporated throughout, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Luna and Pranee were both amazing, my partner did not stop explaining how much he enjoyed his massage and overall experience after we left. Jack took great care of me - especially my feet!!! - for my 1 hour Thai massage. I am a lifelong frequent massage enjoyer, and have never had one quite like this before. Instead of lying under a sheet, they give you loose clothing to wear. Instead of lying on a table, this is on a mattress with a lovely covering, on the floor. Most of the time I was on my back and the last few minutes he had me sit up and massaged my neck from behind. I'm not sure I'd go back for this particular style of massage, but I would definitely recommend Jack and this place. I usually prefer women masseuses, but Jack was very professional and I was very comfortable. They were very accommodating and friendly, and the place was clean and comfortable. First of all I’m only commenting on the customer service. I normally get my massage done weekly and decided to try this place out because of the review. I made my payment and scheduled an appointment but due to traffic I called ahead and asked if I could reschedule and they said no and it’s non-refundable. I’m totally okay if you TOLD ME beforehand about YOUR cancellation policy and the lady told me it was standard policy? Standard what New York? I’ve never encountered any kind of standard where they do not address their policy beforehand and just take your money?
