Beware the sizes do not correspond to what is advertised. I checked 5 of them and they were al smaller by two feet which makes a huge difference. The company carries the name of public storage but they don’t follow the adécuate measures. They get you later because once you sign it is very difficult to change. The replacement has a higher price from advertised oneline Plus the selfie system of unlocking from the app does not work. Each time you take elevator one must place the code and they slows tremendously the time of moving in. Hours of operation are also quite limited I would appreciate if they stayed open longer hours. Place is clean and ventilation is good that makes it welcoming. The staff at office are not all well trained. One lady said the place was full and opened for a year, which was not correct since they had just opened 5 months around. I am a bit late posting this, and since have once again, experienced a wonderful interaction with both Jasmine and Joquan. And so they are truly deserving of two, and I will catch up, but for now I just want to make note that this should count as two reviews

We needed to switch storage units to construction, and it was not something I was looking forward to. However, Jasmine made the experience absolutely easy even pleasant. She was kind, she was helpful, she was patient, she put my anxiety at ease, she was everything yeah you were expecting employed a B and more. When one can imagine how hard they must be working to facilitate this movement of everyone relocating, it makes it even more obvious what a professional she is. With Joaquin helping, the experience was just so pleasant, I just had to stop and offer a review!
