This was the worst massage experience I’ve had. It was not because of my masseuse, he was fine. I came for a couples massage with my partner. There seemed to be a mix up in who was working and who could actually do our scheduled massage (which is okay- things happen). We had to pay on arrival, which was different but not a problem. However, during our entire massage, the owner, who did my partners’ massage, took calls in our room, argued with someone loudly on the phone, asked about my partners’ line of work, and made excessive comments about how nice his body was (a compliment is one thing but this was not that). Finally before leaving, she made us tip and write a 5 star review that she insisted on reading before we left. I think it’s inappropriate to pressure people into reviewing your business right in front of you before you allow them to leave.
