It is a shame because Dr. Alseny Balde is an excellent doctor in a poorly run facility. This place is mismanaged with ratchet Spanish females at the front desk and phone. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and impolite. They have no customer service skills or speaking skills to conduct conversations necessary for patients. When you call, they immediately put you on hold for a long time hoping you hang up. You have to call over 10 gruesome times to get a hold of the doctor. They are lowering the high expectations of this clinic and makes long time customers and new want to not come back. What if another facility wants to call my doctor or I have an URGENT 🚨 problem? Guess what? Won’t get taken care of any time soon. Not with those hood females conducting ratchet customer service. Please 🙏 I hope they and the doctor see this. I’m tired of being treated like this.! Fed up! Hire someone that can deal with patients efficiently and nicely and knows how to use a phone and computer. Staff with credentials! Trust me you would have more patients if u took care of this major problem! Look 👀 at other people’s complaints. This been going on for way too long. They even lie and say the doctor isn’t there because they know they did wrong. They talk to people dirty especially the main population of patients who are African. Yes, they purposely see certain numbers and send to voicemail or hold long time. They even pick up and hang up like 3 times in a row. I’m one highly upset patient! As you see my call log photos, it shows you are on the phone waiting a long time or they cancel your call....

Horrible customer service what is the advantage of being able to made an appointment online and per registering online then I come in an they are like oh our site is a booking site we can’t transfer the information from the site to our in office system then had to wait 15 min for them to transfer the info plus to fill out information that I provided in when making the appointment online. The best part is the front staff seem you be bothered by me asking the questions of what’s the point and took forever to do their part. However the Doctor and medical assistant were amazing address all my concerns had us in and out. I would have given a 1 star if it wasn’t for the doctor and...

Close this spot down ASAP. Called weeks in advance for an appointment for which they gave no specific time, weird but okay. Fast forward to the day of, I enter to see four young minded women playing with hair and on their phone. At the same time they had me on hold for over 15mins, I wanted to reschedule initially so I called. When I mentioned this in person, they claim there’s no doctor there anyway. Then why not just say that as quickly as you say “please hold” so that time isn’t wasted.. There are so many responsible adults looking for work.. do...
