I have been coming to Yankee Pizza since 1988 and still 30 something years later this place holds a special place in my heart, memories of my youth in my favorite place to eat my favorite pizza, and I hear one of the original owners still here and so,,, Mike if you are, thank you for your years of service to us all. I just sent my friend to pick up our pizza from New Yankee Pizza. Wrong Place. Yankees Pizza right down the street. New Yankee gives me A Price of $9.99 so I added a topping, when my friend showed up it went up to $19. So I told my friend on the phone "I think we went to the wrong one" The Price was reasonable and the Pizza is Superb. They were so nice to my friend. Yankee Pizza has been around for over 43yrs and that should speak for itself. The pizza is Great, the prices are reasonable & the atmosphere is Fantastic. I've been going here since opening day and although i've moved out of the area i always stop to grab a slice while traveling in the Bronx and love getting a chance to chat with Gus the Owner. So i Def Recommend weither you live in the Area or just visiting stop by, see Gus and Enjoy some Great Food....
