The person who I spoke to from this location was very unprofessional and rude. My spouse bought a ring for me while deployed in Kuwait and when they got back from there deployment they gave it to me and two days of wearing it for her birthday dinner and again for her friends birthday luncheon the stone fell out. We tried communicating with them about this back and forth through fb messenger, and call and the guy here kept giving us the run around about getting the ring repaired. First he said send it to Kuwait and they will replace it for free, and when we asked him for an address to send it too he kept saying give him 30 mins and he never got back to us. So we called with a different phone and he answered and claim that location can’t receive packages so we have to send it to NY but he doesn’t know how much it will cost to repair. So while waiting for the information from him we took the ring to Zales to get tested and to see if they can just replace the stone and to put surprise we were informed the ring wasn’t real and the stones were fake. No matter how much they tried they couldn’t get a reading. So the lady said go get a second opinion so we went to Jared and the guy quickly told us this ring was gold plated and the stone wasn’t real. I went shopping on Instagram looking for some Jewelers that were well known in the area I stumbled upon this guy and he had what seems like good quality jewelry so I decided I take a trip out to New York after having a conversation with him on Instagram with reference to the earrings that I wanted needless to say when I went there it was a small hole in the wall with bulletproof glass I knew I was in the wrong place to begin with but I figured this guy is pretty well known let me take a chance so I showed the young kid behind the counter the earrings and the conversation that me and him had he told me he never heard anything from him and that what he had for $650 were these and begins to show me a smaller pair of earrings nothing compared to what I wanted I didn't want to make a big scene . I spoke to him the next day via Instagram and he said come on down I'll make it right after two times going down his employees have no idea who I am or about the deal and are very reluctant to switch for me I tried to go to him again for a Valentine's Day gift this time he didn't acknowledge what had happened prior didn't offer a discount and tried to play games with me stay away there's better Jewelers in...
