Unfortunately, I had to have work done on my 2018 Jeep. The first incident was the result of some idiot with a BB gun shattered the front passenger side window.
I called my insurance company and filled. I'd the three shops that my insurance recommended, NO ONE had access to another front passenger window. Apparently, EVERY SINGLE WINDOW is stuck in a New Jersey shipping container and would not arrive for at least four weeks.
My wife came across Miracle Collision's on Goggle reviews. I spoke with a gentleman named "Tim" who told me that he would check his inventory and would call me back. I was told this before when dealing with the shops recommended by my insurance company and it became my job to follow up with them. I expected that I would have to follow up with Tim as well but to my surprise Tim called me back within ten minutes. Unfortunately, Tim did not have a replacement window in stock. Tim explained that he had other resources that he would check for me immediately. Approximately a half hour passed before I received a call from Tim. He secured a replacement window and told me to bring my vehicle in first thing in the morning. Within a day and a half Miracle Collision was able to replace my window whereas not one of the shops that were referred to me by my insurance company could even secure the window. That was my first experience with them.
Two months later a double parked car decided to make an abrupt left into the side of my vehicle. This happened in Brooklyn where that give out drivers licenses to anyone willing to sign up for one, lol.
In all honesty, Tim and his boss Stan were so helpful the last time that I didn't hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them this time around.
In true professional fashion I simply dropped the keys off with Tim and left the wrangling with the insurance adjusters to them at the shop. A couple of days later my Jeep was returned to me cleaned and completely restored to its original state.
I wouldn't recommend them if they weren't professional, dependable and honest. No pressure tactics, no b.s. So, this review can be taken as truthful and dependable information.
If you're in NYC and in need of repair work I would highly recommend Miracle Collison.

Read moreI came to this body shop initially with the vandalism problem (someone vandalized my entire car with the key scratch all around). Stan convinced me that this would be a very expensive job and should be put through insurance. Right before turning my car in, I damaged my left back door in the garage (damage to the door was average, door needed to be replaced). Stan told me to put this claim through insurance as well. The body shop dealt with my insurance directly (setting up the claim, meeting adjuster, etc). Next thing I knew my insurance paid over $5000 for vandalism and over $5000(!) for the door work. I was in shock. I came to Stan very concerned that my insurance will go up. He claimed it should not be an issue and at that point it was too late to change anything. In the end, my insurance went up almost 35% (which will continue for 3 years!) because the damage exceeded a certain $ threshold. Furthermore, my car is financed and now the insurance claim for the door is a permanent record which will lower the price of the car when I sell it. To say that I was screwed by this body shop is an understatement of a century. I asked around afterwards and the damage to the door should not have been more than $1500-2000 (considering all parts were originals). I gave two stars instead of one because the actual paint and repair job was good. However, the cost of increased insurance premium plus loss of resale value of the car significantly outweigh the quality of the job. Finally, even though the body shop got paid almost $11,000 for the work, they didn't even fix small dents on the back bumper (because it wasn't part of the claim). I feel I was taken advantage of and duped without even slight consideration of how it would affect my insurance and car resale value (and having such extensive experience Stan obviously knew what would be the outcome for me).
