I, personally, am not a patient at this clinic, but my mother is. EVERY single time she goes for an appointment she is there for 2.5+ hours. Well, let me just start by saying that they scheduled her appointment for her annual physical at 5:30pm and she didn't leave the clinic until 7pm despite the fact that she went before her scheduled time in case any necessary paperwork needed to be filled out. The doctor gave her the necessary referrals and told her to come back for blood work because the lab was closed! Now who gets a physical exam and does not have any blood work/urine collected to assess their health!? Unfortunately, I was not able to accompany my mother to this appointment, so I told her we would go the next day to find out what happened with the blood work. When we arrived at the clinic, we were allowed into the lab area and we waited to be called. The lab personnel had no idea why my mom was there so I began explaining our situation. She responded by telling me that the lab closes at 5:30pm. When I asked her why they would schedule a patient at 5:30pm when the lab closes at the time, she told me “oh sometimes it’s a little crazy and we forget. We don’t keep track of everyone who is here.” Again, why do we check in at the front desk of a primary care physician’s doctor? Shouldn't you have a list of the patient census in your computer? Isn’t one of the main duties of PCPs to check blood work/urine and give you the necessary referrals? Anyway, when she checked the system, there were no orders for lab work, so we had to get in contact with the doctor. The doctor walked over to us and told my mom she had given her all the necessary paperwork the night before and that WAS NOT the case. Now, if she HAD done her job and ordered the labs the previous night, then the orders SHOULD have popped up in the computer for the lab personnel to see and again, that was not the case. She made it seem like my mom was losing her mind. She knew she was wrong and sprinted to her office to quickly place the orders. Not only did I feel like our conversation was rushed, but she didn’t allow us the time to speak our minds. I am well aware of good patient-healthcare professional relationships and this was DEFINITELY not one. In the future, I will have my mother see another doctor who truly cares AT A...

Read moreIf I can give this location 0 stars, I would. The amount of rudeness and disrespect from those that answer the phone is not right at all and so unprofessional. I call after receiving notifications that my daughters’ appts were cancelled. Wasn’t given a reason. They call me back after I leave a message through the general number and the person who called me back had such an attitude. She wasn’t paying attention to the information I was giving her nor what was on the screen. Both kids are due for physical at the end of next month and she wanted to argue that one child’s physical is good until January and even got her age wrong. In person she also has an attitude. We will be going elsewhere for care, we will not be putting up with the nonsense. People come to a drs office and call to receive fair treatment and care, not to be spoken to...
