Dejo aquí comentario para destacar que JAMÁS en mi vida volveré a comprar un pudín en este lugar, llevaba 3 años haciéndolo y en todas las ocasiones especiales y cumpleaños mi familia y yo ordenábamos aquí. Para el cumpleaños #3 de mi hija fui a este lugar 7 días antes para realizar la orden con tiempo, llevé fotografías y fui muy específica con el diseño del pastel, cuando llegó el día y la hora acordada no estaba listo. Adicional a eso, regresamos 2 horas después y me encuentro con esta manualidad, porque es lo que parece, mal hecha, con el nombre de mi hija MAL ESCRITO, cabe resaltar que cuando realicé el pedido, escribí el nombre de mi hija y las señoras que estaban allí dijeron que todo estaba claro y entendido. Cuando mi esposo me envía esta foto yo estaba en shock, las letras no se veían, el diseño NO ERA NADA de lo que se había acordado y por si fuera poco, la caligrafía y el espacio en el que se colocaron las letras (casi que al final y en una esquina del pastel) parece hecho por una persona que no está capacitada para este trabajo que no tiene ni siquiera lógica común. Lo más indignante fue que cuando hicimos el reclamo, la señora fue DEMASIADO IRRESPETUOSA, me gritó a mí en la llamada, le gritó a mi esposo quien estaba allí en el lugar alegando que ella ahora era la encargada, me insultó y tuvo una actitud tan violenta y grosera que jamás en mi vida y en mis años de experiencia trabajando en servicio al cliente había visto. No obstante, al partir el pastel, el sabor no era tampoco el acordado (tres leches), le colocaron cualquier cantidad de cosas en la preparación menos lo que se pidió. He leído casi todas las reseñas que tiene este lugar y solo puedo notar que se repite el mismo patrón de comportamiento por parte de los trabajadores de este lugar. Solo puedo decir que no se lo recomiendo a nadie, no porque sus productos sean malos, sino porque el respeto y el servicio son 2 cosas que no existen en ese lugar.

I am leaving a comment here to point out that I will NEVER in my life buy a pudding from this place again, I had been doing it for 3 years and on all special occasions and birthdays my family and I ordered here.

For my daughter's birthday #3 I went to this place 7 days before to place the order ahead of time, I brought pictures and was very specific with the design of the cake, when the day and time agreed upon arrived it was not ready.

In addition to that, we returned 2 hours later and I find this craft, because it is what it looks like, poorly made, with my daughter's name WRONG WRITTEN, it should be noted that when I placed the order, I wrote my daughter's name in a paper that they gave to me and the ladies who were there said that everything was clear and understood.

When my husband sent me this picture I was in shock, the letters were not visible, the design was NOTHING like what had been agreed upon and to top it off, the handwriting and the space in which the letters were placed (almost at the end and in a corner of the cake) looks like it was done by a person who is not qualified for this job that does not even have common logic.

The most outrageous thing was that when we made the claim, the lady was TOO IRRESPETUOUS, yelled at me on the call, yelled at my husband who was there on the spot claiming that she was now the one in charge, insulted me and had such a violent and rude attitude that I had never in my life and in my years of experience working in customer service had ever seen.

Also, when the cake was split, the flavor was also not as agreed (tres leches), they put any number of things in the preparation except what was ordered.

I have read almost all the reviews that this place has and I can only notice that the same pattern of behavior is repeated by the workers of this place. I can only say that I do not recommend it to anyone, not because their products are bad, but because respect and service are two things that do not exist...

I went there threw passing and my children love bakery bread! The bread was good, but decided to buy a small $13 Dulce de Leche cake for a Saturday mini bday. I purchase the cake on a Tuesday, and kept it in my fridge on a high setting for 4 days. Took it out that Saturday morning and by 6pm we cut the cake. It was super moist and the frosting was just the right of sweet but not overly sweet! It was so fresh and just delicate and delicious! I was completely amazed!

Definitely will go again! They had a pineapple filling cake and a chocolate cake for the same price in their mini cakes, so might explore those flavors next!

I did purchase a piece of flan and it was good and a slice of chocolate pre-sliced cake, but cake wasn't as moist and frosting too sweet, but the chocolate mousse filling was good. So not so sure to purchase pre-sliced cakes, but the whole mini cakes or whole cakes an A+. Didn't try any cookies, but their Strawberry Banana smoothie was...

I have been buying cakes at this bakery for some time now. Yesterday I bought a cake for a birthday for someone in my office and I was disappointed. The cake was raw in the middle… there was some type of liquid coming out and it tasted horrible. I paid $28 for the cake and I am sad to say that I was disappointed. I am writing this message not to impact the business in any way but hopefully they read this and take action. If you see the cake is not fully cooked don’t sell it. You are experienced bakers and know this for sure. It is not worth losing clients over that. I tried calling the place but the number listed is not working. Sad to say I will not be buying...
