Mosaic Diagnostic Imaging — Local services in New York

The absolute worst healthcare facility I’ve ever encountered. Took my ct scan here because of a horrible pain. Could not physically go to talk to anyone at office. Took them literally a month to answer the telephone after nearly 40 voicemails and hundreds of calls from both my doctor and I. Currently scheduling a new ct scan which I have to pay out of pocket for because this place is so horrible. Finally today I get through and the person picking up phone literally says “it’s not our problem if you need results you should’ve called”. Sorry I guess the 100 times I called to no answer aren’t enough to warrant a call back I guess you need to make 200 for them to do their job. Even my doctor is worried this place is going to send a doctored image instead of an actual result because of how horrible and mismanaged this place is. I warn every single person that considers this establishment to go elsewhere. Regardless if this place is closer, convenient, etc please go elsewhere. They do not take your health seriously.
