I cannot say enough about how much I love this store! This was only my second time stopping in with my friend who came to visit me in NYC. We are already looking forward to her visiting again this winter so we can go back together.

The store is clean, bright, and sits on a lovely corner with natural light. The staff are truly wonderful, the icing on the cake. They help with different sizes, offer helpful suggestions you might not have thought about, and show different ways to style items, which is so useful. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured to buy more than I wanted, making the whole experience so enjoyable. We spent a few hours because the hardest part is deciding what to take and what to leave for next time!

Whether you’re shopping for staples or a special outfit, this store has you covered. The vibe is uplifting, fun, and relaxed. Maybe the only thing missing might be a drink in hand! Each time I visit, I make sure to thank the staff for being so wonderful, because their energy really makes a difference.

I just tried to buy a shirt (last minute for an event) at this location and was denied entry at 4:30 on Sunday, 6/2 — Google says they close at 8. Three girls rudely signaled “no” using their hands and rolled their eyes at me — not even mouthing no or coming to the door in any way. I called moments later (I sound completely neutral and nondescript on phone, think newscaster voice) and was told they will be closing in 30 minutes. I then told them I was just denied entry and what I was wearing (to remember me) and she immediately sounded defensive and nervous and said “we’re actually closed now.” I expressed my discomfort with the IRL exchange vs. the phone exchange. Why was I told one thing on the phone and another to my face? I just wanted to buy a shirt, expressed that to them on the phone, and left the interaction feeling so embarrassed and singled out. I will never ever ever return.

I had a poor experience when trying on clothes at this store. The manager or head sales associate who seemed in charge of all other employees at this place was over zealous at best. She was incredibly intrusive and opened the curtains to the dressing room while I was changing to try and hand me other clothes to try on that I did not ask for. She did this without asking first or checking to see if she could open the curtain. I witnessed her do this to other people as well. It left a poor taste in my mouth that she did not seem to care for people's privacy while undressing considering the dressing rooms are facing the rest of the store with no real barrier. For these reasons, I likely won't return to this store. The other sales associates seemed kind and I did not witness this...
