St. Lawrence D.V. Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I have been getting pizza from here for over 10 years. I live pretty close by and have been a loyal customer since their previous location across the street. Their pizza is pretty damn good. They recently added the dollar slices (along with chicken and stuff) option so that's nice. They have great slushies (the cherry red one is bomb). Their pizza's are 2.75 a slice which is a decent price for a NY slice, they are standard pizza size. Toppings are like 75 cents extra each slice. They do deliver locally. Removed 1 star because their staff sucks. Every time I call they put me on hold for like 5+ minutes and leave me on hold (not even a real hold-- I can hear them talking in the background lol) This includes the owner himself --John, who sometimes takes phone orders. I come here pretty frequently and it's not like its packed and super busy where they can't tend to their phone customers. Once they even hung up the phone on me 2x.

You can order and pay via phone with your card so that's why I continue to call to place my order instead of just picking it up. I would still recommend them as their pizza and the beef patties are great (don't forget...

I usually go to spots now depending on what peeks my interest in the menu. First thing I noticed was the variety which was cool. I wanted 2 slices and Buffalo chicken roll.

When I arrived I asked for the buffalo chicken & it wasn’t available but the chefs behind the counter instantly said “I can make you one it would just take 10min” love that service right there. It means they are capable of delivering what’s available on its extensive menu.

I'm so mad I usually am very happy with with johns pizza I been eating his pizza since I was a kid today I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with 2 slices with mushroom as we were eating I noticed that one of the slices had hair in it when I called the store to make a complain I wasn't rude the guy who picked up the phone wasn't even bothered all he said was on ok . He didn't even try to apologized for the mistake. I'm not ordering from here no more it's a shame that they used to be such a good place...
