New york clean laundromat — Local services in New York

I like this laundromat because it is open 24 hours, relatively roomy and clean compared to other laundromats in the neighborhood. In addition, this laundromat is the ONLY place where there is a "Gentle Cycle" setting for delicate garments. The machines have 3 water temperatures (hot, warm, cold). There are 2 wash cycles, one where you can add bleach and 2 rinse cycles where you can add fabric softener. Unfortunately, I cannot give much praise for their dryers. Some of the dryers have very low heat for the "High" setting and even lower for "Low" and "Mid" settings. You basically have to use all of the dryers to find the ones that will best dry your clothes. Another major problem: "Out of Order" or "No Service" signs placed on some of the washers and dryers. However, the machines are repaired quickly. Make certain you have enough money to wash and dry your clothes. The machines are not cheap. The workers here are courteous and helpful. Not coming here again. Worst laundry mat ever. They weren’t this bad but lately every time I go, my clothes do not dry right. On my last visit , my clothes were still soaked even after they were in the dryer for 30 minutes. Don’t go here if you want...
